For one day storm, the waves break on the beach bordered by booths bath. Fishermen pull their boats out of the water. The tricolor, beaten by the wind, has risen to the top of a mast. The beach ends in a jetty topped with a lighthouse. The skyline is low, leaving plenty of room in heaven stormy. There are a sailboat on the horizon.
Originally from Normandy, Eugene Boudin grew up in Le Havre. The town lies between the Seine estuary and the Channel, has inspired many seascapes until the end of his life.
