This over 240 year old artpiece was made by the baroque master Franz Sigrist d. Ä. in 1780. The over 240 years old original version measures the size of 30 x 20 cm - frame dimensions: 46 x 35,7 x 4,7 cm and was painted on the medium oil on canvas. Furthermore, the piece of art is in the the Belvedere's digital art collection - the museum is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. We are glad to mention that this work of art, which is in the public domain is included with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 4377. The creditline of the artpiece is the following: purchase from Hilde by Rohmann, catfish in 1949. In addition to that, the alignment is portrait with an image ratio of 2 : 3, which means that the length is 33% shorter than the width. Franz Sigrist d. Ä. was a painter, whose style can be classified as Baroque. The painter was born in the year 1727 in Alt-Breisach in Breisgau, Baden-Württemberg and deceased at the age of 76 in the year 1803 in Vienna.
