Artwork description by Rijksmuseum (© - by Rijksmuseum - Rijksmuseum)

Coorte produced mostly small, intimate still lifes. Through their simple subjects – asparagus or berries – these modest paintings stand out in stark contrast to the sumptuous still lifes that were in fashion at the time. While the aim of those works was to present a superabundance of costly objects and foodstuffs, here attention is focused on the refined rendering of a single vegetable.

Pick your product material

We offer a range of different sizes and materials for every product. You can choose your your favorite size and material among the following options:

  • Aluminium dibond: An Aluminium Dibond print is a material with an outstanding depth. A direct Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is the perfect start to art replicas made on aluminum. For our Aluminium Dibond option, we print the favorite artwork on the surface of the aluminum composite. The bright & white parts of the original work of art shimmer with a silky gloss but without the glow. The colors are luminous and vivid in the highest definition, details are very clear.
  • Printed acrylic glass (with real glass coating): A glossy print on acrylic glass, often referred to as a plexiglass print, will turn the original artwork into beautiful home décor. Your work of art is made with modern UV print machines. The great advantage of a plexiglass print is that contrasts and also small painting details become identifiable with the help of the very subtle gradation.
  • Canvas: A canvas print is a printed canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. It has a sculptural effect of three dimensionality. Hanging a canvas print: Canvas prints are relatively low in weight. That means, it is easy to hang up your Canvas print without the use of any wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suitable for all types of walls in your home.
  • Poster print (canvas material): The Artprinta poster is a printed canvas with a fine structure on the surface, which reminds the actual work of art. It is excellently qualified for framing your art replica using a custom-made frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin between 2-6cm round about the artwork, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
