At least eight versions of this tender image came out of Van Dyck’s workshop, and this one is at once the finest and least finished example. The deftly fluid brushstrokes loosely follow an incised underdrawing, which must have been traced from a preparatory drawing. Van Dyck would have kept this panel in his studio as a model for more finished paintings by himself and by assistants.

Select a material option

In the product dropdown selection you can select a material and a size of your choice. The following sizes and materials are the options we offer you for individualization:

  • Poster print (canvas material): The poster is a printed sheet of flat canvas paper with a nice finish on the surface. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm around the artwork, which facilitates the framing.
  • Aluminium print (aluminium dibond): This is a metal print manufactured on aluminium dibond material with an impressive depth effect, which creates a fashionable look by having a surface , which is not reflective. Colors are luminous, the fine details appear very clear.
  • Glossy acrylic glass print: The print on acrylic glass, often denoted as a UV print on plexiglass, will convert your favorite artwork into amazing décor.
  • The canvas print: A UV printed canvas mounted on a wood stretcher frame. The great advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is easy to hang up your Canvas print without the use of any wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for all types of walls.
