Available materials

The product dropdown menu gives you the chance to select your individual material and size. You can choose your your favorite size and material among the following options:

  • Poster print (canvas material): A poster print is a printed canvas with a nice surface texture, that reminds the actual artwork. A poster print is particularly suited for placing the fine art print in a personal frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin between 2-6cm round about the painting in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • The glossy acrylic glass print (with real glass coating on top): The acrylic glass print, which is often referenced as a print on plexiglass, changes an artwork into brilliant wall décor and offers a viable alternative option to aluminium or canvas art prints. Your artwork is printed with the help of modern UV direct print technology. This creates the image effect of intense, sharp colors. With an acrylic glass art print contrasts and smaller image details will be more identifiable because of the very fine gradation in the print.
  • The canvas print: A printed canvas material stretched on a wood stretcher frame. It generates the exclusive impression of three dimensionality. Furthermore, a canvas print generates a attractive and appealing effect. A canvas print has the advantage of being low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang up the Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. Hence, a canvas print is suited for all types of walls.
  • Aluminium dibond: This is a metal print made on aluminium dibond material with an impressive depth. The white & bright parts of the original artpiece shine with a silk gloss but without any glare. The colors of the print are luminous in the highest definition, the details of the print appear very clear. This direct print on Aluminum Dibond is the most popular entry-level product and is an extremely sophisticated way to showcase art prints, since it puts all of the viewer’s attention on the artwork.

Description by the museum (© - The J. Paul Getty Museum - The J. Paul Getty Museum)

Within a few hundred yards of his home, Camille Pissarro painted a view of peasants working in a shady, wooded garden alongside a group of village houses. In the foreground, a woman carrying a bucket pauses to talk with a young boy carrying his school satchel over his shoulder. The gray sky and the trees losing their leaves indicate autumn.

Painting in the open air alongside Claude Monet and Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Pissarro followed a new practice of breaking up surfaces with loosely placed brushstrokes. This revolutionary technique, the cornerstone of Impressionism, helps to reveal how light and movement affect the perception of objects. Pissarro made the canvas a field of textures and movement; the character of the brushstroke varies according to the texture and form of the object it describes. For example, the haystack is painted with straw-shaped brushstrokes, the leaves are suggested by jagged daubs of paint, and the stucco walls are depicted with broad, smooth strokes.
