The nephew of Canaletto, by whom he was trained, Bellotto became a view painter of international renown. Between 1747 and 1758, he worked for the court of Dresden and this picture shows the nearby village of Pirna. Bellotto painted canvases representing Pirna with the Obertor for Friederich August II elector of Saxony and king of Poland, and for his prime minister, Count Brühl, between 1753 and 1756. Pick your product material

In the product dropdown selection you can select your individual size and material. We allow yout to choose among the following variants:

  • The acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): The print on acrylic glass, often labelled as a plexiglass print, will change your favorite artwork into beautiful home décor. The great advantage of an acrylic glass print is that sharp contrasts as well as small artwork details will be exposed thanks to the delicate tonal gradation of the print. The plexiglass with real glass coating protects your chosen art replica against light and heat for several decades.
  • Poster print (canvas material): The Artprinta poster print is a printed cotton canvas paper with a slightly roughened surface finish, which reminds the original version of the work of art. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2 - 6cm round about the print in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Metal (aluminium dibond print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with an outstanding effect of depth - for a modern look and non-reflective surface. For our Aluminium Dibond print, we print the selected artwork right on the surface of the white-primed aluminum. The direct print on aluminium is one of the most popular entry-level products and is an extremely stylish way to display art reproductions, because it puts the viewer’s focus on the whole artwork.
  • The canvas print: A canvas direct print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. How can I hang a canvas on my wall? Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang up your Canvas print without the support of additional wall-mounts. Therefore, a canvas print is suitable for any kind of wall.
