The over 130 year old artpiece was created by the naturalist master Jean Charles Cazin in 1890. The original was painted with the exact size: 28 7/8 × 22 9/16 in (74 × 60,5 cm) and was painted with the medium oil on canvas. It is in the the Art Institute Chicago's collection, which is one of the world’s great art museums, housing a collection that spans centuries and the globe. The painter, sculptor, ceramist Jean Charles Cazin was a European artist from France, whose style can be attributed mainly to Naturalism. The painter lived for a total of 60 years - born in the year 1841 in Samer, Hauts-de-France, France and passed away in the year 1901.
