This modern art masterpiece was painted by Theodor von Hörmann in 1889. The version of the painting has the size: 45,5 x 55 cm - frame dimensions: 64 x 73 x 8 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the painter as the medium of the artpiece. The original artwork's inscription is the following - signed and dated lower right: 3 Novem 89/9 U (hr). From (end) Hörmann. Today, this artpiece is in the the collection of Belvedere, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. The painter Theodor von Hörmann was an artist, whose art style can be classified as Realism. The artist lived for 55 years, born in 1840 in Imst, Tirol and died in 1895 in Graz.
