The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, meaning that it is quite simple to hang up your Canvas print without any wall-mounts. Hence, a canvas print is suitable for all kinds of walls in your home.
• Printed poster (canvas material): A poster is a UV printed canvas paper with a slightly rough texture on the surface, that resembles the actual work of art. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the poster we add a white margin 2-6cm round about the work of art in order to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.
• Print on glossy acrylic glass (with real glass coating): The print on acrylic glass, often referenced as a UV print on plexiglass, will transform an artwork into great home decoration. The major advantage of a plexiglass print is that sharp contrasts and minor image details will be more identifiable because of the very fine gradation in the picture.

From c. 1770 it became fashionable to cover the walls of rooms with painted wall hangings. With their idyllic scenes, they could transform a canal house room into an oasis. These three paintings (together with some missing ones) presented a continuous Dutch landscape, interrupted only by the room’s panelling, windows and doors. They were made for a room in the house at 22 Nieuwe Doelenstraat, Amsterdam.

The over 240 year-old masterpiece with the title Three wall hangings with a Dutch landscape was made by Unknown. Nowadays, this work of art is included in the digital art collection of Rijksmuseum, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day.
