Shipment & delivery
Is shipping free of charge?
We offer free delivery for all orders in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Please verify on the checkout page if your country is eligible for shipping.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are produced in Germany on demand and are also shipped from there. In our production process we rely on established and qualitative printing companies from Southern Germany.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to countries of the European Union, to Switzerland and to Norway. We are working on a solution, which allows us to ship globally. For further information please refer to our shipping guidelines and verify on the checkout page whether your country is approved for shipping.
Which shipping service providers do you use?
Within the European Union:
We work with some of the best national and international shipping companies in our shipping processes to ensure fast and secure delivery to your doorstep. Within Germany we ship with local shipping companies like DHL, UPS and DPD. As soon as the shipment crosses the German border, your product will be handed over to a local shipping service provider in your country. Internationally, DHL, UPS and DPD each work with different partners. Please verify on the checkout page whether your country is approved for shipping.
Outside the European Union:
Unfortunately we cannot yet offer shipping outside the EU, except to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
Wie lange dauert der Versand?
The production of your order will be completed within 3-6 working days. The shipping of your order takes another 2-4 days within the EU. For country specific information please visit our shipping guidelines.
Where can I get a tracking ID for my parcel?
Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to create an automated solution that allows you as a customer to receive your tracking number after your order is shipped. However, we are working on a solution that will enable us to send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer a variety of payment options. These include credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and Paypal. Please visit the checkout page to determine your preferred payment method.
How can I return my order?
According to German law you have the possibility to withdraw from your purchase contract in our online shop within 14 days. Please be aware that custom-made products are excluded and can only be returned due to product defects. Please read our right of withdrawal and contact our customer service to arrange a return shipment.
Value added tax
Why do I have to pay the German value added tax when shipping abroad?
If you live outside the EU, you pay the full purchase amount, but no tax is shown on your invoice. If you live within the EU, you pay the German VAT as usual. If you are a company or an entrepreneur within the EU and order for your company, you are entitled to a tax-free export delivery and to a refund of the VAT. For this purpose, please send our customer service your VAT ID so that we can initiate the refund of the VAT.
We do not show VAT/taxes on the invoice for orders to non-EU countries. Unfortunately, we cannot bear the costs for value added tax, import duties and/or taxes in the respective country of destination. For information on the amount of the costs, we recommend that you contact the local customs office with your questions.
