18 June 1648: a banquet is taking place at the Amsterdam crossbowmen’s guild. The occasion was the signing of the Treaty of Münster, which marked an end to the war with Spain. The captains of the civic guard company shake hands as a sign of peace, and the drinking horn is passed around. The poem on the drum proclaims the joy of Amsterdam’s armed militia that their weapons can henceforth be laid to rest.

In the product dropdown lists you can select the material and sizeaccording to your personal preferences. Choose among the following product options now to match your preferences in size and material:

  • Aluminium dibond (metal print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with a true depth effect. The bright & white components of the original artpiece shine with a silky gloss, however without any glow.
  • Canvas: The printed canvas, which should not be mistaken with an artwork painted on a canvas, is an image applied on a cotton canvas. Canvas Prints have the great advantage of being relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang the Canvas print without additional wall-mounts. A canvas print is suited for any type of wall.
  • Glossy acrylic glass print: An acrylic glass print, which is often named as a print on plexiglass, will turn the artwork into beautiful décor and forms a viable alternative to aluminium and canvas prints. The work of art is made thanks to state-of-the-art UV direct print machines. The effect of this are vivid, deep colors.
  • Poster print (canvas material): Our poster print is a UV printed sheet of cotton canvas with a slightly rough surface texture. A printed poster is suited for framing the fine art print in a customized frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin of around 2-6cm round about the painting to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.
