Renoir loved to paint his models wearing hats and bonnets. "He put heaps of them on my head", one model reported. "He took me to the milliners' shops; he never ceased buying lots of hats". Renoir painted these accessories continually, even after his dealer, Durand-Ruel, advised him that hats were going out of fashion and that his works might sell better if he didn't include them. In this canvas, the hat, rather than the woman wearing it, seems to be the focus of attention.

The great advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy and straightforward to hang your Canvas print without additional wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suitable for all kinds of walls.
  • Poster print on canvas material: The Artprinta poster is a printed sheet of flat canvas paper with a slightly roughened texture on the surface. Please bear in mind, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin 2-6cm around the artwork, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
  • Print on glossy acrylic glass: An print on acrylic glass, which is sometimes referred to as a plexiglass print, will turn your favorite original work of art into great décor. The work of art will be manufactured with modern UV printing machines. It creates impressive, intense color tones.
  • Aluminium dibond (metal print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print with an outstanding depth - for a modern impression and non-reflective surface structure.
