Select the item material of your choice

For every art print we offer different sizes and materials. Pick your favorite size and material among the following options:

  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): A glossy acrylic glass print, which is sometimes labelled as a an art print on plexiglass, will convert your favorite original into beautiful wall décor. Our acrylic glass protects your chosen art print against light and heat for many years.
  • The canvas print: The printed canvas, which should not be confused with a painting on a canvas, is a digital copy applied directly on canvas material. The great advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, meaning that it is easy to hang your Canvas print without the help of additional wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suited for any type of wall.
  • Printed poster (canvas material): Our poster is a printed cotton canvas paper with a granular surface structure, which resembles the original artwork. It is perfectly appropriate for placing your art print with the help of a custom frame. Please note, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin of around 2-6cm round about the painting, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
  • Metal print (aluminium dibond): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print with an outstanding effect of depth. The bright parts of the original work of art shimmer with a silky gloss but without glare. The colors of the print are luminous, fine details of the print are crisp.

Important legal note: We try our best in order to describe the art products as accurate as possible and to illustrate them visually in our shop. Nonetheless, the pigments of the printed materials and the printing may differ to a certain extent from the presentation on the device's screen. Depending on your screen settings and the condition of the surface, color pigments may not be printed as exactly as the digital version depicted here. In view of the fact that all fine art prints are processed and printed manually, there may also be slight differences in the motif's size and exact position.

These two pictures belong to a series that illustrates episodes from the life of Saint John the Baptist, who preached about the coming of Jesus. Architecture and landscape are used to frame and divide the individual scenes, enabling the viewer to follow the story from the miraculous Annunciation of his conception to his father Zacharias (top picture, left background) to (in the bottom) his preaching in the wilderness. Painted to decorate a room in the Tornabuoni family palace in Florence, they are by more than one artist. Figures in the scene of the preaching have reminded some scholars of the work of Michelangelo, who was a friend of Granacci’s (they had been fellow pupils in the workshop of Domenico Ghirlandaio), and he may have been involved in some capacity.
