A contemporary of Memling, the Master of the Legend of Saint Ursula seems to have headed an active workshop in Bruges. These paintings originally flanked a Virgin and Child in a folding triptych commissioned by the Florentine merchant Paolo Pagagnotti. In the left panel, the donor is portrayed with his patron saint, Paul, whose beheading is shown through an open arch in a city square. In the right panel, Mary and Mary Magdalen are seen in the distance, approaching the still-sealed tomb of Christ, while the foreground scene depicts a moment after the Resurrection, when Christ appears to his mother.

The product material options

For every art print we offer a range of different sizes & materials. You can choose your favorite size and material between the preferences:

  • Aluminium print (aluminium dibond): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with a true depth. The colors of the print are luminous in the highest definition, the fine details of the print are very clear, and you can notice the matte appearance of the print. The print on aluminium is one of the most demanded entry-level products and is a modern way to display art prints, as it puts all of the viewer’s focus on the image.
  • Print on acrylic glass: The print on acrylic glass, which is often referred to as a fine art print on plexiglass, transforms the original work of art into beautiful décor. Your favorite work of art is being printed with modern UV direct print machines. The major benefit of an acrylic glass art print is that sharp contrasts and also color details become identifiable with the help of the delicate gradation in the picture.
  • Canvas: A UV printed canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher frame. A canvas print has the advantage of being low in weight, which implies that it is easy and straightforward to hang up your Canvas print without the support of additional wall-mounts. A canvas print is suited for any kind of wall.
  • Poster (canvas material): The poster is a printed canvas paper with a slightly rough structure on the surface, which resembles the actual masterpiece. It is ideally designed for putting your art copy using a customized frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin of something between 2-6cm around the painting, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
