Choose your material

For every product we offer different materials & sizes. In order match your personal requirements perfectly, you can choose among the following product customization options:

  • Poster (canvas material): A poster print is a printed flat cotton canvas with a nice texture on the surface, which reminds the actual work of art. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin between 2 - 6cm around the painting to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.
  • Canvas print: A printed canvas, not to be confused with a painting on a canvas, is a digital replica printed from an industrial printing machine. It has a typical look of three dimensionality. Your canvas of this artwork will let you turn your fine art print into a large size collection piece like you know from art galleries. How do I hang a canvas print on the wall? Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which means that it is quite simple to hang your Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for any kind of wall.
  • Printed acrylic glass (with real glass coating): A glossy print on acrylic glass, often labelled as a plexiglass print, will turn the original into beautiful décor. The artwork will be made with the help of modern UV direct print technology. Our real glass coating protects your chosen fine art print against light and external influences for many decades.
  • Aluminium dibond print (metal): This is a metal print made on aluminium dibond with a true depth effect. The Aluminium Dibond Print is the best introduction to art replicas with aluminum. For your Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print your chosen artpiece on the surface of the white-primed aluminum.

Important information: We try what we can in order to depict our products as accurate as possible and to illustrate them visually on the various product detail pages. Still, the pigments of the print products and the print result can differ slightly from the image on your monitor. Depending on your settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, not all colors are printed as realistically as the digital version. Because our art reproductions are printed and processed manually, there might also be slight deviations in the size and exact position of the motif.

Original information about the artwork by the museum (© - by The Metropolitan Museum of Art - The Metropolitan Museum of Art)

Saint Lawrence is shown enthroned, with his feet resting on the grill on which he was martyred. He is flanked by Saints Cosmas and Damian, whose cult was closely associated with the ruling Medici family. Alessandro Alessandri (1391–1460) is shown kneeling with his two sons. He was at the height of his political career when he commissioned this altarpiece for the family's church at Vincigliata in the hills above Florence. Although damaged, cut down, and regilded, it nonetheless testifies to the refined delicacy for which Lippi was so admired.
