This 17th century painting titled Portrait of a Man with a Watch was created by the male painter Pieter Cornelisz van Slingelandt in 1688. Nowadays, the piece of art is included in the Rijksmuseum's digital collection, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day.
