Which kind of fine art print materials can I pick?

For every art print we offer different materials & sizes. The following sizes and materials are the options we offer you for individualization:

  • The poster print (canvas material): A poster is a printed canvas with a slightly roughened texture on the surface, that resembles the original masterpiece. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the canvas poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm round about the painting to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
  • Canvas: The canvas print is a printed canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy and straightforward to hang up the Canvas print without the support of additional wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suited for all types of walls.
  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): A glossy acrylic glass print, often named a an art print on plexiglass, transforms your favorite original into beautiful décor. With an acrylic glass art print contrasts plus small color details will be identifiable thanks to the delicate gradation of the print. Our real glass coating protects your chosen fine art print against light and external influences for several decades.
  • Aluminium dibond print: These are metal prints on aluminium dibond material with an impressive depth effect. A non-reflective surface structure make a contemporary look. The Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is the ideal introduction to prints with alu. For the Direct Aluminium Dibond print, we print the favorite artpiece right on the aluminium composite white-primed surface. The bright and white sections of the work of art shine with a silk gloss, however without any glow. Colors are luminous and vivid, fine details appear clear and crisp, and there’s a matte appearance you can literally feel. The print on aluminium is one of the most demanded entry-level products and is an extremely sophisticated way to showcase art, as it puts the viewer’s attention on the whole artwork.

Legal disclaimer: We try our utmost in order to describe our products with as many details as possible and to showcase them visually. Nonetheless, the colors of the printing material, as well as the print result may diverge somehwat from the image on the screen. Depending on the screen settings and the nature of the surface, not all color pigments are printed 100% realistically. Given that all our art reproductions are processed and printed by hand, there may as well be slight deviations in the motif's size and exact position.
