Kutschker, Johann Rudolf, born on 11/04/1810 in Meadow (Louka u Litvínova, Czech Republic), died on 01.27.1881 in Vienna, 1876 was Archbishop of Vienna and in 1877 Cardinal. He wrote a collection of rules, according to which the judge has Curatgeistliche to (4 vols, from 1847 to 1850) and a record of the marriage law in the Catholic Church after its theory and practice (5 vols, from 1856 to 1857).
