Mars is fit- sword by Venus, two putti lift the helmet from his head. Bottom right more putti with other parts of the armor in the background is Vulcan in his workshop forging. Historical allegory with probably Friedrich Wilhelm, Elector of Brandenburg, as Mars and Louisa Henrietta, Countess of Nassau, as Venus.
